I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected. My approach does not dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions, or good and bad anything. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, rewarding and most of all long lasting.

Wellness and Nutrition Coaching 

Receive support and accountability coaching personalized to your specific goals; Relationships, lifestyle, diet, movement, career, overall health and balance. I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you and open the doors to your full healing potential.  

The 12 week 1:1 coaching program I offer provides a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals while identifying possible obstacles to help you achieve a better well-being. In working together, I will help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you while taking into account all facets of your life. By providing ongoing support and accountability you will be able to make long lasting changes due to your sustained efforts. 


 I work with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
